Established in 1974, the BVFD just celebrated its 50-year anniversary. This group of men and women is dedicated to keeping our community safe. Not just from the threat of fire but emergency medical care as well. Our community is extremely proud and thankful for these volunteers.

The Bayside Volunteer Fire Department is a Volunteer organization whose mission is to provide protection to the lives and property of the citizens we serve . Not only from the threats of fire but also from other emergencies that may arise.
