Planning, Zoning & Sub-Standard Commission

The Planning & Zoning Commission reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and also makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the Town of Bayside. 

Sub-Standard Property's responsibility is to ensure all properties meet the code standards set forth by the ordinances of the town.
