No matter the season, something is happening in the Town of Bayside. We feel it is vital to our community to keep residents informed of town business, scheduled events, and local happenings. We hope this calendar of events helps meet that goal.

The city council meets regularly on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM in the auditorium of the Bayside Community Center, 909 First Street.
Special meetings and workshops will be posted as they are scheduled.

Wood Mansion 150 Year Anniversary Celebration
Begins: 9/20/2025 - 3:00 PM

Mark your calendars for a Celebration of the 150th birthday of Bayside’s John Howland Wood mansion on Saturday afternoon/evening, Sept. 20.
Plans include music, magic, food and drink, all hosted by the mansion.
Tours of the historic 1875 mansion for a donation will be conducted.
All proceeds go to the continued restoration of the mansion that was severely damaged by Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
Magician Doc Garner, from Shreveport, La., has committed and will provide a dazzling show or two for the event.
More information will be posted in the weeks and months to come.
